FAQ & Policies
Our designs are handcrafted to order and usually ship in in 1-3 business days. Our holiday processing time may possibly be longer depending on volume of orders at a given time. All of my items are handcrafted made to order first come, first serve.
Please contact me prior to purchase if you have a time constraint. Putting a time line in a message to seller while checking out does not change the processing time. We will not cancel orders due to message to seller requests being denied.
USPS First Class Shipping:
Orders with all information included will ship in 1-4 business days. Every order ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery, however it can take longer during the Holidays.
USPS Priority Shipping:
Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is not guaranteed by USPS.
USPS Express Shipping:
Ships with delivery confirmation and takes 1-2 days for delivery. Express delivery is guaranteed by USPS.
USPS International Priority Shipping Price Depends on Location.
Ships with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-6 business days for delivery. Priority delivery is not guaranteed by USPS.
One Day Rush Processing:
This changes processing times to one business day, this does not change your shipping. Shipping upgrades are a separate purchase.
All hair accessory orders are non-refundable per our state's health code. If we have made an error on your order, please let us know and we will fix it. However, if you are not completely happy I will work with you to make it right.
Jewelry Returns are refunded as the purchase price minus shipping costs and restocking fee. You must email us for authorization within 3 days of arrival. Returns will need to arrive to us by the 7th day after delivery.*
There will be a minimum restocking fee of 20%. Restocking fee is determined based on condition of item returned & seller decides restocking fee. No exceptions.
Items bought on sale (or bought with our free shipping promotion) are sold as is & final sale.
Our items are made to order so we do not allow buyer cancellations. If we make the rare exception of allowing a cancellation, there will be a $6 cancellation fee. No exceptions. If we, the seller deem a need to cancel an order, there will be no fee. Thank you.
Gold filled jewelry is a much higher quality than gold plated. Gold Filled jewelry is very durable and will not chip or turn colors. With proper care it can last many years. It is also safe for those with metal allergies. Gold jewelry can react with chlorine. Never take your gold jewelry into a pool or spa.
Gold and silver plating should be treated as fashion jewelry. Wearing your silver often can help keep it clean. Storing it in an airtight plastic bag out of the light will also help. Try to keep your jewelry lotion, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, gel, facial cream and perfume free. It is also safe for those with metal allergies. Plated jewelry can react with chlorine, never take your jewelry into a pool or spa.
Custom and personalized orders
"Custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions. This includes but is not limited to, custom colors, custom sizing, alterations, if we have to order additional materials to complete, items for a specific date that delivery confirms arrived in time, any order given special or free upgraded services, any order with free rush or shipping, or multiples of three or more. Thank you."
Any custom order that the seller agrees is defective may only be repaired, replaced or exchanged at the seller's discretion. Custom orders are nonrefundable and final sale, no exceptions.
Choose My Colors Option
Several of our listings have options for color choices. One of the options is choose my own colors. If you select choose my own colors, but we are unable to find a note of color choices, we will message you. If you chose choose my colors, but meant to select surprise or send me a rainbow. Simply message back letting us know we will send you our bestsellers. If you meant to choose colors, please send us a list in reply in the message, in the style demonstrated in each of our listing pages. If we do not receive a reply to our message within one week of processing. We will send out best sellers. We will not except returns in cases where we waited a week and no return message was sent. No exceptions. Thank you.
